Self-Development

When we actively seek opportunities, personally or professionally, to gain knowledge and develop understanding and abilities which enable us to increase equity and inclusion, we become more skilled and capable as allies. Continuously challenging ourselves to grow and learn by placing ourselves in situations that nurture our personal and professional development leads to increased self-actualization.
